  • I would like to book a workshop, but I can't make it on the suggested dates?
    We regularly schedule new dates. But feel free to contact us and we can see if we can take your preferences into account when scheduling a new date.
  • Will I receive the voucher physically or via mail?
    You will receive the voucher physically. On it is an instruction on how to make a reservation for a workshop date.
  • How many people can you attend the workshop with?
    The maximum number of participants in a workshop at Koreman's is 15.
  • Is it possible to schedule your own workshop?
    Starting from 10 people, it is possible to organize your own workshop. Please contact us to schedule a date.
  • Is de rondleiding geschikt voor minder validen?
    Het eerste en laatste gedeelte van de workshop bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping plaats. Helaas is er geen lift aanwezig.
  • Kan ik ook een workshop volgen op een doordeweekse dag?
    Ben je met een groep van minimaal 8 personen, dan kan je op een doordeweekse dag reserveren. Interesse? Vul het contactformulier in op de workshop pagina.
  • Is de workshop inclusief eten?
    De workshop is inclusief een uitgebreide borrelplank.
  • We zijn met minder dan 8 personen en zouden toch graag een workshop op een doordeweekse dag willen volgen. Kan dit?
    Dit is mogelijk, maar de bodemprijs blijft de prijs voor 8 personen.
  • Krijgen we ook korting als we met een groep komen?
    Nee, wij werken niet met groepskortingen. We werken met vaste prijzen en deze zijn voor iedereen hetzelfde.
  • Are the cellos allergen free?
    There are no allergens in Koreman's cellos. Sometimes we also sell limoncello chocolate. There may be traces of nuts in that.
  • Do the cellos contain dyes?
    No, all Koreman's cellos have a natural color with no added dyes.
  • Are the cellos suitable for vegans?
    Yes, all Koreman's cellos are vegan!
  • Do the cellos have an expiration date after opening the bottle?
    No, the cellos can basically be stored indefinitely. But after about a year, the cello will slowly turn transparent. Although this does not detract from the taste, it is best to prevent this from happening. The best way to do that is to store the cello in the freezer.
  • What temperature is best for drinking the cellos?
    Our cellos are most delicious when they have been in the freezer (-10).
  • Er drijft iets in de fles?
    De cello’s is niet bedorven, hoor! Wat er bovenop drijft zijn oliedruppeltjes. Deze kunnen vormen als de cello een tijdje staat. Qua smaak is er niets mis. Mocht het nou iets anders zijn dan oliedruppeltjes, neem dan contact met ons op.
  • Can I have my order gift wrapped?
    If you choose a gift box from Koreman's, you may write a personal note in the comments box. We will then write that personal message neatly for you on a card for the recipient.
  • Can I order from a different country?
    No, at the moment we only ship to the Netherlands.
  • There is an item missing from my order?
    Contact us and we will resolve this together!
  • I received a damaged item?

  • How can I return my order?

  • As a Belgian customer, I can no longer order?
    In the past, Belgian customers could order through our webshop. Currently, this is temporarily not possible. Please contact us.
  • What is the shipping time?
    Ordered before 11 p.m. is shipped the next business day!
  • How much does shipping cost?
    For orders over €35, shipping is free. For orders under €35, shipping is €7.95.
  • Can I also have my order delivered to a package point?
    Currently it is not yet possible to have your package delivered to a parcel point.
  • Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
    When you place an order, the first address you enter is the billing address. This is the address of the person placing the order. It is possible to enter a different delivery address, so you can have the package delivered to someone else. As a gift, for example.
