Not entirely happy with your purchase? You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. You will receive a full refund; only the cost of sending the package back is at your own expense.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Report your return within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to info@koreman-s.com, preferably using the withdrawal form (see below).

2. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification. We will e-mail you the return address and instructions. The direct cost of the return shipment is at your expense.

3. We will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment, within 14 days of your cancellation, via the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you have provided proof that you have sent it.

 

CONDITIONS

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the product. During the cooling-off period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product as far as necessary to decide whether you wish to keep it; any loss of value caused by further use may be deducted from your refund.
