Whether you want a summer breakfast, or just a healthy and delicious snack, our limoncello smoothie bowl is the perfect choice!


  • 2 bananas

  • 125 g frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup (250 ml) coconut water

  • 1 cup (130g) granola/granola

  • 100 g blueberries

  • 100 g strawberries

  • Yogurt (optional), to serve

  • 50 ml Koreman's Limoncello


  1. Cut 1/2 banana into thin slices. Coarsely chop the remaining 1 1/2 bananas.

  2. Put the coarsely chopped banana in a blender. Add the raspberries, coconut water, almond milk, half the granola/granola and 50 ml Limoncello. Blend this until smooth.

  3. Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between 2 bowls, or something else of your choice. Decorate the bowl with the blueberries, strawberry, remaining granola and sliced banana in equal rows on top of the smoothie.

Tip 1: You can also stir a cottage cheese or yogurt into the smoothie!

Tip 2: You can decorate the toppings of the smootie bowl entirely according to your own aesthetic values. For example, with chia seeds, apples or blueberries.
