Limoncello Gin

Enjoy the refreshing Limoncello Gin - a mix of Koreman's Limoncello, gin, zesty lime juice and fragrant fresh thyme. This easy four-ingredient cocktail is perfect for sipping alone or sharing with friends.

Ingredients:

• 60ml gin

• 30ml limoncello

• 15ml lime juice

• Fresh thyme (not dried)

• Lemon peels (for garnish)

Preparation:

1. To start, put fresh thyme in a cocktail shaker and shake it gently in the cocktail shaker.

2. Add gin, limoncello and fresh lime juice to the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and stir vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.

4. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.

5. If desired, add a little sparkling water.

6. Enhance the presentation by garnishing with fresh thyme and slices or wedges of lime or lemon.
