Limoncello pancakes

Wanna have the best of both worlds? You can! With this easy recipe you can enjoy delicious limoncello pancakes! Make them for your loved one, on for example, pancake day Friday, March 17!


This recipe is for 12 pancakes (with a diameter of 10 cm)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 50g sugar

  • 50g butter

  • 250ml milk

  • 200g wheat flour

  • 15g baking powder

  • 10g vanilla sugar

  • 2.5g salt

  • A shot of Koreman's Limoncello


Step 1: Add the 2 eggs and sugar in a bowl, and mix well.


Step 2: Melt the butter in a pan or microwave. Mix this into the eggs and sugar.


Step 3: Now it's time for the special ingredient... Add a shot of our delicious Limoncello!


Step 4: Once this has become 1 consistency, add the milk.


Step 5: Take another bowl and add the wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and the salt. Mix this well.


Step 6: Little by little, add the dry elements to the liquid elements and mix well in the meantime. The mixture is ready when it is completely smooth, and there are no pieces are left in it.


Step 7: Heat the pan, and add a ladle of the batter in the pan (without adding oil or butter in the pan!). As the pancakes are baking, bubbles appear; this means that the mixture is well made.


Step 8: Flip the pancake after 1 minute, and let the other side bake for about 30 seconds.


Step 9: Add some toppings, and eat away!


As they always say, the first pancake fails, but with this recipe, that certainly won't be the case!
