Hi There! We are Thom and Frank Koreman, two brothers who grew up with a Burgandian lifestyle.
Our mother introduced us to the Burgandian culture, as she had her own delicate shop.

To be fair, of course we were a bit overwhelmed at how the first bottles of Koreman's were embraced. But one thing was immediately clear to us; We want to maintain this and expand it further! We went for it and you can now find several flavors of Koreman's Cellos at quality liqueur stores, in delicacie stores and in our well-stocked webshop.

VAN VAT NAAR FLES
Na het mengen krijgt de bijna Cello een nachtje rust. We pompen de vloeistof over in een schoon vat, sluiten ’m hermetisch af en laten de smaakmoleculen in stilte samensmelten. De volgende ochtend nog één laatste roer met een grote RVS-roeispaan in de hand. En dan filteren we het goedje nog eens. Gewoon, voor de allerzekerste zekerheid.
Ambachtelijk bottelen geblazen. Met vier man, achter elkaar in een treintje. De één spoelt, de ander vult met de bottelmachine. Die wij liefkozend onze “Cello-koeienuiers” noemen. Cello voor Cello, fles voor fles.
De kurk gaat erin, met een klein machientje en een paar zorgvuldige handen. Daarna smelt een warmte-element het sealtje perfect om de hals. Label erop met twee handen en de hulp van onze labelmachine en voilà: de doos in. Klaar voor transport!
